By accessing or using CheapCarfax ("the Service") at cheapcarfax.xyz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

CheapCarfax provides access to vehicle history reports powered by VinCheckFast. Reports are delivered instantly after payment and contain vehicle data sourced from government databases, insurance records, and auction history. The cost is $4.49 per VIN lookup. No subscription is required.

3. Informational Use Only

Vehicle history reports are provided for informational purposes only. CheapCarfax does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any report. Not all accidents, title events, or service records are reported to data providers. Always conduct a physical inspection before purchasing any vehicle.

4. Payment

Payment of $4.49 is required before a report is delivered. All transactions are processed securely. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your payment method.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to: resell or redistribute reports, conduct bulk automated lookups, violate any applicable law, or infringe on the rights of any third party.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

CheapCarfax's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the report giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
